Overview of The Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic B2B SEO Specialist to enhance our organic search performance and visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies that drive high-quality traffic, improve domain authority, and increase organic lead conversions. You will collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to ensure alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on improving organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices, ensuring optimization of website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization:

• Collaborate with developers to optimize site speed, crawlability, indexation, and mobile-friendliness.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (broken links, duplicate content, canonical tags, schema markup, XML sitemaps, etc.).
• Work with web development teams to enhance Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.

Content Optimization & SEO Writing:

• Partner with the content team to ensure SEO-driven content planning, keyword optimization, and search intent alignment.
• Optimize existing blog posts, landing pages, and website content for higher search rankings.
• Leverage AI and NLP tools to improve content relevance, readability, and user engagement.

Link Building & Off-Page SEO:

• Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Identify guest blogging, PR, and partnership opportunities to earn high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor and disavow toxic links to maintain a healthy backlink profile.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink growth, and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine SEO strategies.
