Job Description:

We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and website team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, with a particular focus on SEO strategies, to drive organic traffic and enhance our website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). The ideal candidate has a solid background in SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing, with a proven track record of implementing successful marketing initiatives that drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine credibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Stay informed about SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure the website remains optimized and compliant.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations and strategies.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with at least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing, with a demonstrated ability to drive leads and conversions through organic and paid channels.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz) and proficiency in using them to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
