You will play a crucial role in positioning Birdeye as an industry thought leader while driving engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality B2B content including:

• Case Studies: Conduct customer interviews, highlight success stories, showcase ROI, and provide real-world application of Birdeyes solutions.
• Whitepapers: Create in-depth, research-backed documents that explore industry challenges, solutions, and future trends.
• Data Reports: Analyze industry data, extract key insights, and present findings through engaging narratives and visualizations.
• Thought Leadership Content: Write blog posts, articles, and opinion pieces that establish Birdeye as a leader in customer experience.
• Leverage data storytelling to create compelling narratives that highlight industry trends, customer success stories, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify content opportunities that drive brand authority and lead generation.
• Conduct industry research to understand customer pain points, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement across different formats and distribution channels.
• Repurpose and refresh existing content to maximize its reach and impact.
• Monitor content performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B content writing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or customer experience domains.
• Proven expertise in writing case studies, whitepapers, data reports, and long-form content.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather insights and create impactful content.
• Familiarity with content distribution strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and LinkedIn.
• Experience working with data visualization tools, analytics platforms, or AI-driven content tools is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
