Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute ABM Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of the account-based marketing strategy, focusing on high-value target accounts. Align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to align on goals, share insights, and coordinate campaign execution.
- Account Segmentation: Identify and segment target accounts based on their readiness to buy, firmographic data, and potential revenue impact.
- Personalized Campaigns: Develop highly targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content marketing, direct mail, paid advertising, etc.) tailored to the specific needs and buying behavior of each account.
- Content Creation and Customization: Collaborate with content teams to create account-specific assets such as whitepapers, case studies, emails, landing pages, and sales decks that resonate with each target account's pain points and objectives.
- Technology and Tools: Leverage ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, HubSpot, etc.) to execute campaigns, track performance, and optimize engagement.
- Reporting and Optimization: Define KPIs for ABM campaigns, track performance against goals, analyze the effectiveness of initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations to improve strategies.
- Account Intelligence: Gather and analyze insights about target accounts, including their decision-making process, buying behavior, and technology stack, to inform marketing tactics.
- Lead Nurturing and Acceleration: Design strategies to nurture leads and move them through the funnel, accelerating sales cycles and increasing win rates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM in a SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of ABM Tools: Proficiency in ABM platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, or Terminus etc.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on aligning marketing initiatives to broader business objectives and sales goals.
- Content Development: Experience in creating and tailoring content to different stages of the buyer journey.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to execute campaigns that drive pipeline growth, increase conversion rates, and generate measurable results.
