- Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Set up and operationalize HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a strong company culture that promotes employee engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that HR and administrative functions run smoothly.
- Authorize expenditures and manage budgetary considerations related to HR and admin functions.
- Handle legal and compliance matters pertaining to human resources and administrative operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Serve as a key liaison between the HR department, the CEO, and the India Operations Head to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of HR and administrative experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in setting up and operationalizing HR and administrative processes.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledgeable in legal compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR.
- A relevant degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
