Head - Human Resources - BFSI/IT (Startup)
Job Description:
- HR Strategy work closely with the heads of our practice to identify and deploy impactful people strategies that enable growth and high performance across businesses.
- Leadership - Lead the HR Team, developing HR capability with a strong focus on results. Ensure each HR member is positioned to serve the business and create an environment that drives consistency and high performance. Provide sound, value-driven HR counsel and guidance to the leadership team, working as a trusted partner on a range of HR related topics with a focus on recruitment, talent management and general operations.
- Stakeholder management - Consult, advise and influence senior managers on performance and reward strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success and retention of key talent.
- Deliver HR projects and functional outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR team including supporting on-boarding, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance and rewards in partnership with the global corporate services HR team, diversity & inclusion, facilitating the annual talent management processes, organizational design and development.
- Identify opportunities to drive HR initiatives, solutions and programs in alignment with HR and business priorities.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning
- Collaborates with business leaders on employee development and talent planning decisions. Assists leaders with individual development plans for employees and lead all employee engagement activities
- As a facilitator of the company's values, advises, influences and coaches to build and support a diverse, inclusive, productive and high integrity work environment.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- HR Business Knowledge Understanding of multiple human resources disciplines including talent acquisition and development, employee retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, brand building and diversity.
- Quickly understand business and profitability drivers
- Formulate strategies and implement solutions in an appropriate and timely manner
- Understand strategic organizational issues
- Develop and implement HR initiatives in a business oriented and cost-effective manner
- Collaboration and communication Strong interpersonal skills
Experience & Expertise:
- Work experience (8+ years) as Human Resource leader, recognized for building strong HR services for growing businesses within India
- MBA in human resources, from a reputed university (Tier 1)
- A capable and confident communicator and people manager having strong analytical and quantitative skills
