Equipment Maintenance Executive

Job Description: -

> Travel to company's sites to, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the deployed agro-residue management equipment/assets like Slashers, Trollies, Grabbers etc.

> Maintain & update equipment manuals, technical documents, internal, and solved machine related issues.

> Responsible for upkeep of all farm equipment assets available with minimum downtime. Coordinate invoicing of all available assets with internal and external stakeholders

> Maintaining min required stock of spares for ensuring asset operations at peak efficiency. Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals in line with the organization.

> Trouble shoot and carry on preventive maintenance of all assets by regular/routine check as per SOPs defined by the OEM.

> Comply with all safety and health regulations.

> Documenting all maintenance activities, highlighting potential risk and suggest proactive upgrades

> Close coordination with OEM of assets and ensuring maximum uptime and revenue generations from available assets. maintaining proper and updated records
