Maintenance Engineer/Junior Manager Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Implementation of adequate practices related to safe work environment
• Analysis of KPIs for compliance and take actions to accordingly.
• Complete all imrovement projects on time
• Identify the training needs for maintenance team.
• Updation of PM check lists for better performance.
• Use and updation of relevent documents as required within dept.
• Prepare Shutdown Plan if required .
• Implementaion of substore system within dept for smooth working.
• Generating better ideas for better performance of team.
• Encouraging the colleagues for keeping better work environment by motivation..
• Evaluation of skill level of the team members with HR.
• Reduction in consumption of spares required regularly
• Identification of adequate spares for better performance of processing lines.
• Initiate improvement projects to improve team performance plus processing capacity of lines
