Executive - Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Handling Breakdown of CNC machine, utility, Assembly and testing in shift.
• Preventive Maintenance adherence
• MTTR- Implementation of Kaizen to reduce MTTR
• MTBF- Implementation of Kaizen to increase MTBF
• TPM activities Active participation in JH and PM pillar steps implementation

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education & Professional Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ yrs of experience.

2. Knowledge/ Experience

• Preventive maintenance execution.
• Breakdown Maintenance of CNC machines.
• Basic knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens PLC.
• Critical spare identifying and record maintaining.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic system knowledge .
• Must have exposure to TPM methodologies.
