Job Title: Surface Treatment Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Surface Treatment Maintenance Technician/Engineer to oversee the upkeep, troubleshooting, and optimization of surface treatment equipment used in industrial processes such as coating, plating, painting, and anodising. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of surface treatment systems while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Ensure surface treatment processes meet quality standards by maintaining optimal operating conditions.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment parameters to achieve consistent coating/plating thickness and adhesion.
• Work closely with production teams to improve process efficiency and minimize material waste.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/assembly plant setting with exposure to automated equipment.
• Requires standing, bending, and occasionally lifting heavy components.
• May require working on shifts or during planned maintenance shutdowns.
