1. Good working condition/ environment (fully AC Plant) 2. Good learning new technology new machine so good scope to learn. 3. Overseas training opportunities 4. Very good Bonus system totally performance based 5. Chinese are very helpful, expect 2-3 employee 6. Biggest plant going to start in sohna form December -24

1. New technology need more time to understand & learning. Need to give extra effort and time 2. Canteen and transport chargeable (should be free) 3. Some expat members need training about Indian culture
