Opportunity for Executive - Maintenance Engineering

Experience : 5 - 9 Years of maintenance experiences in Pharmaceutical plant
( Lead a team of technicians)

Qualification : BE Mechanical

Designation : Executive

Location : Mumbai - Andheri

• Responsible for monitor & maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of Pharmaceutical equipments, wet process and dryer, dry blending and packaging, injection facility, liquid & ointment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Responsible for support the equipment qualification and validation, IQ/OQ/PQ for any new equipments.
• Execution of work order and record job performed.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of Utility equipments(Air compressor, Nitrogen plant, Vacuum pump, DM plant, Chiller & HVAC system.
• Ensuring Data Integrity. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery & Utility.
• Responsible for monitoring AMCs and updating records as per requirement.
• Responsible for writing Job Aids and support Engineer in SOP writing, CCA and ER investigation. Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance or project works.
• Lead and Take part in continuous improvement efforts/projects, such as JDI.
• May act as delegate to Engineer when required. Carry out other work or task as directed by Manager.
