Job requirements;

Responsible for procurement of process equipments required for Formulation Manufacturing Plants across the locations at optimal cost with commercially favourable terms to create a value for the organisation. This includes procurement of Capex, Opex, Services and production consumables.

Equipments Category: RMG, FBD, Blender, Compression M/C, Coater, HVAC, AHUs, Water System, Multimill, Vibrosifter, Colloid Mills, VTDs, Liquid Filling, Injection Line, Packing Equipments, Process Chiller, Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Air Compressors, etc.

Order Execution, Delivery & Reports updation;

1) Able to understand the indents & requirements.

2) Responsible for Timely ordering and delivery of right quality product/service within stipulated timelines.

3) Should have negotiations skill for routine & contractual purchases.

4) Achieve saving on Spares & Capex Spend as per define GOAL.

5) Spend analysis, value engineering, cost modelling, benchmarking for formulating strategies for negotiation.

6) Co-ordinate with vendor for PI/ ABG/PBG & checking of PI as per PO Terms.

7) On time Closure of open PO/PR.

8) Adherence & monitoring time line for the delivery of project equipment as per project time line.

9) On time reporting with complete details, delivery updates to align with department Goals.

10) Discussions with reporting manager with updated status of the ongoing issues, Pending Ordering, Delivery overdue etc. and escalate critical issues.

11) File Updating & Record Keeping- On regular basis of MIS, SHIPMENT TRACKER, LC & EPCG, File detail. Proper filing of documents in an orderly manner.

12) Should have full Knowledge of ERP related to procurement module.
