Job Description

Responsible to ensure cleaning and operation of machine related to compression, coating and inspection as per SOP.
To ensure that product are produced and stored according to the batch records and SOP in order to obtained the required quality.
Responsible for handling the change/ spare parts, accessories, storage containers of manufacturing areas as per their respective areas.
To ensure safety of human being, materials and product, follow and tracking on EHS policy.
To make relevant entries and verification in equipment usage log book and other record as per respective area and SOP.
To check the master document like BMR and preparation and preparation of SOP. And make entries in ERP.
Responsible to do in-process, online filling of BMR, stage wise yield reconciliation.
To co-ordinate with other relevant department (PPIC, Utility, QA, QC, TS, WHD and other department) for smoothly run the production activity.
Responsible to maintain online status labeling of equipment, machinery and product.
To provide the equipment for preventive maintenance, calibration and periodic requalification.
Responsible to inward/outward of raw materials/intermediates product from process area to quarantine area and vice-verse.
Handling of track wise and DMS system.
Handling of Event, Event of Incident, Event of Investigation, Effectiveness of change control, Corrective Action and Preventive Action, Corrective Action and Preventive Action Effectiveness Check, Out of Specification, Out of Trend, Laboratory Investigation, market complaint, Handling and administration of Track-wise System.
