Head - Sales - Real Estate (10-16 yrs)

Job Description:

-10+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Master's degree (MBA) or additional certifications is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and real estate management platforms.

- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and performance tracking systems.

- Should have UAE driving licence.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and business growth.

- Strong experience in managing large teams and complex sales processes.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and drive results.

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle high-value deals.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop actionable sales strategies.

- Strong customer relationship management skills and a customer-centric mindset.
