Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Real Estate
Location: Gandhinagar
Reports To: Sales Director/Head of Sales
Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Real Estate Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance the company's visibility, generate leads, and maximize revenue. Your expertise in real estate sales, market trends, and marketing strategies will help in promoting our projects and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Lead the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve individual and team targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Identify and target potential clients (investors, homebuyers, etc.) for residential and commercial properties.
Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote real estate projects and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media platforms, and online listings.
- Collaborate with external agencies or in-house teams for advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and organize property exhibitions, events, and marketing collateral.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project developments and new offerings.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze customer demographics, needs, and behaviors to tailor marketing and sales efforts.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as required to meet business objectives.
Collaboration & Team Management:
- Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and financial proposals.
- Manage the sales team's performance, provide training, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and customer needs.
- Proven experience in handling digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate sales software.
