BigBasket - Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (6-9 yrs)

Job Role :

1. Support regional TA teams in identifying PAN India hiring partners, including agencies, job boards, NGOs, platforms, and lead generation partners, to build talent pipelines for current job openings.

2. Analyze regional hiring patterns and timelines to forecast future needs and support regional teams in meeting TAT targets.

3. Handle manpower planning & implementation, employee lifecycle management, employee grievance, gig workforce management, etc.

4. Ensure recruitment compliance across regions and conduct quarterly audits.

5. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
