Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Aqualite.

The role involves full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting tasks on a day-to-day basis in Bahadurgarh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment

- Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.

- Analyse the market, salary trends and best practices of hiring

- Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with hiring managers.

- Negotiate offers with selected candidates and ensure timely issuance of offer letters.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the footwear industry is a must

- Expertise in Sales HR viewing expertise Recruiting experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
