Key Responsibilities:

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with at 5 to 6 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing a training team, delivering behavioral training programs, and handling cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into effective training solutions
