Training Manager (Pharma Experience Only)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees across the brands.
  
• Follow all agreed Quality Assurance and Risk Management Systems that are prevalent in the organization and contribute generally to the establishment and development of a quality provision/service.
  
• Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance the training procedures and provide value to the employees.
  
• Partner with department to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions.
  
• The Training Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time.
  
• Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.
  
• Create a learning culture in the organization and Direct Organizational and employee development process by bridging the gap between available and desired level of knowledge, skills and attitudes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates with insurance experience will be preferred.
  
• Good stand up training skills with an ability to create training content and deliver across stores.
  
• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
  
• Should have a flair in teaching, Good communication required.
  
• Logical, organized and well planned in preparing and delivering learning materials.
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
