Role Overview:
As the Manager - Talent Acquisition & Branding, you will be instrumental in ensuring organizational success by attracting and onboarding the right talent at the right time. This role requires a proactive approach to managing the talent acquisition process and enhancing Kreedo's employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the talent acquisition process with passion and rigor, ensuring timely closures of roles.
- Partner with department heads to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Design and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and nurture a candidate pipeline through proactive engagement and networking.
- Identify and collaborate with external TA partners and campuses to meet hiring needs.
Desired Profile:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Exposure to employer branding is a significant advantage.
