Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead and execute recruitment strategies for scaling our workforce at InsuranceDekho. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring across diverse roles, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with business leaders to meet organizational talent needs. This role will be pivotal in driving growth through strategic hiring and ensuring the right talent aligns with our vision and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute hiring plans for key positions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques (social media, employee referrals, job portals, and professional networks) to attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units by providing recruitment insights, market trends, and regular updates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job descriptions, hiring timelines, and candidate quality.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver hiring targets efficiently.
- Train the recruitment team on best practices, tools, and techniques to improve effectiveness.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market insights.
Compliance and Process Optimization:
- Ensure recruitment practices adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the insurance, fintech, or startup ecosystem.
