- Startup and Scale-Up Experience: Leverage your experience in startups and scale-ups to support our growth and expansion plans.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a TA Lead or similar role, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong track record of innovative hiring techniques and successful niche skills hiring.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
