1. QC of offline Policies.

2. Verifying the same as per Policy Schedule with the ITMS.

3. Booking the Policies after Verifying all the factors.

4. Cancelling or Rejecting Requests if not as per guidelines.

5. Checking for duplicate Requests Raised in ITMS for the same Case.

ATC QC Executive - Instant Payout (L1 Level)

1. Checking of Payout Requests raised by Channel Partner.

2. Checking 64 VB Clearance status.

3. Status Marking on ITMS as Hold or Accept for Payout.

4. QC of Requested cases and eligibility for Payout.

Cheque Reconciliation executive

1. Cheque Deposit Acknowledgement Receipt Updation on ITMS.

2. Cancellation Marking on ITMS based on Insurer reports of Cancellation or cheque Bounce.

3. Float limit reconciliation/ SF/CDT Recovery.

ITMS Reconciliation

1. Insurer Validation/ correction on ITMS.

2. RCA of dual Policy issuance and booking.

3. Any Audit or additional Requirement such as policy level Checking or Reverse Recon Tracking etc.

Skills Required:

• Good written and communication skills.
• Should know both English and Hindi.
• Graduation in any discipline.
