Retenê€on & Rejoin Calling: Engage with previous employees/riders to encourage
rejoining and improve retenꢀon rates.
Fresh Leads Calling: Proacꢀvely call new leads and ensure daily targets are met.
CEE ID Creaꢀon: Generate 4 CEE IDs daily as part of the onboarding process.
D-1 OB Calling: Conduct Day-1 Outbound (OB) calls to explain onboarding procedures
and onboarding bonuses to new hires.
Maintain recruitment records and update daily reports on sourcing performance.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to opꢀmize sourcing strategies.

Experience: 0-2 years in sourcing/recruitment (Freshers are welcome!)
Strong communicaꢀon and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume calls efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools is a plus.
English, Hindi and Kannada is Mandatory.
