The role of Customer Success lead to customers/members have a seamless experience with respective hygiene, easy of operations , information and feel part the community of the centre. As a leader this role ensures that their team members are motivated and engaged to achieve both customer satisfaction as well as organisation goals.
Qualifications for Customer Success Associate at BHIVE
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer management platforms.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer success, client relationship management, operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of customer onboarding, experience management, renewals, and retention strategies.
Experience in handling customer escalations and working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive resolution.
Knowledge of invoicing and collections processes with the ability to coordinate between departments.
Proven track record in community engagement and fostering customer participation in events.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to gather customer intelligence and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Experience in team training, process improvements, and motivating teams for high performance.
