- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in identifying and nurturing high-performing employees.
5. Employee Engagement and Development:
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Design and execute training programs to develop leadership and technical skills.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and reward systems to ensure competitive and equitable structures.
- Conduct periodic market surveys to ensure alignment with industry standards.
7. HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, measure efficiency, and guide decision-making.
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to support strategic goals.
