Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and manage our Client HR operations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in managing HR functions and aligning them with business goals. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader who can implement and execute HR strategies across the organization to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Lead and execute the HR strategy in alignment with overall business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent pipelines.
Employee Relations:
- Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture. Guide managers in conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing employee growth plans.
Learning & Development:
- Develop and execute learning and development programs aimed at employee skill enhancement and leadership development. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the development and management of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure that pay structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Handle salary negotiations and benefit administration.
HR Operations & Systems:
- Manage HR systems and processes (e.g., HRIS, payroll, reporting). Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all HR activities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning:
- Identify high-potential talent and develop succession plans for key leadership roles within the organization.
Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and team-building efforts to support business growth and strategic goals.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies. Provide insights to leadership based on key HR metrics (turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.).
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 5 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (HR Manager or above).
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate complex HR issues.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
