JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and datacenters.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and networks, including on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
Implement best practices and industry standards for IT infrastructure management.
Manage and administer cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure architectures, including virtual networks, storage, and compute resources.
Hands on experience with windows servers , RHEL , Linux in HA / Cluster environments
Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency and scalability.
Manage and administer VMware virtualization environments, including VMware vSphere and VMware vCenter.
Hands on experience with windows servers , RHEL , Linux in HA / Cluster environments
Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and high availability.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions using virtualization technologies.
Manage and administer HCI platforms, such as VMware vSAN or other HCI solutions.
Design and implement HCI architectures, including compute, storage, and networking resources.
Monitor and optimize HCI performance, scalability, and resilience.
Oversee the management and maintenance of datacenter technologies, including server racks, cooling systems, power distribution, and cabling infrastructure.
Implement best practices for datacenter operations, including capacity planning and environmental monitoring.
Ensure compliance with datacenter standards and regulations.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and datacenter technologies.
Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate controls.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Respond to and resolve IT incidents and problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms.
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
