JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design SharePoint solutions that meet organizational needs. Provide recommendations for architecture, customization, and workflow automation.
• Development: Develop, customize, and configure SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, and applications. Utilize Power Automate to automate business processes and enhance efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint solutions, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides. Document Power Automate flows and automations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime. Provide technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot Power Automate workflows and integrations.
• Security: Implement and maintain SharePoint security best practices, ensuring data confidentiality and system integrity. Ensure security compliance for Power Automate automations.
• Migration: Lead or participate in SharePoint migration projects from older versions or alternative platforms to the latest SharePoint environment, while considering the impact on existing Power Automate processes.
• Training and Support: Offer training and guidance to end-users and junior developers in both SharePoint and Power Automate. Assist in onboarding and supporting team members.
• Governance: Contribute to SharePoint governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization. Extend governance to Power Automate.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest SharePoint and Power Automate trends, updates, and industry best practices to ensure the organization's SharePoint environment remains modern and effective.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with experience in SharePoint development, including expertise in Power Automate.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, depending on the organization's environment.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint infrastructure, architecture, and design principles and integrations with other M365 modules.
• Expertise in SharePoint customization, including creating custom web parts, workflows, and apps, with a focus on integrating Power Automate for automation.
• Proficient in SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services, especially Power Automate.
• Extensive knowledge and developing new web components of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
• High-level coding skills.
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications. Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code. Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• SharePoint and Power Automate certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform) are a plus.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering.

ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

SharePoint, Power Automate, MOSS certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform) are a plus.
