Advisor, IT Infrastructure

• Advisor, IT Infrastructure role performs Backup Administration DPO solutions, Predominately Deep Knowledge on Networker, DD and DPA. Responsible for performing a wide variety of daily Backup & Restore management Incidents and tasks, migrations as well as maintaining frequent communications with the customer to ensure the requirements of each task are fully understood so expected timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Considered advanced in the implementation and use of Dell EMC/Virtustream storage solutions.
• Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex Backup environments.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.

Essential Requirements

• Dell EMC Networker Dell EMC DPA Dell EMC Data Domain
• Strong knowledge Linux/Windows/VMware Implement & support Data Migration solution.
• Implement & support Disaster recovery solution.
• Secondary: Dell EMC Proven Professional Certification desired.
• Ability to perform in high stress fast paced customer driven organization.
