Description Comments : As a Senior Representative, you will be responsible for working on daily deliverables, meeting SLA Quality objectives. The role could be supporting the Dell Technologies Services organization. The openings will be in partner support/ customer support/ project accounting within the Services organization. You will need to follow established policies, procedures standards and apply this business knowledge in daily performance of the job. Your role will also include assisting co-workers, working with stakeholders along with sharing of knowledge and business updates with the team.Essential Requirements Attention to detail and a sense of urgency Good verbal and written communication skills Should be a good team player and be able to work efficiently in a team Graduate (non-technical) with 0-2 years work experienceDesirable Requirements Prior experience of partner/ customer services back-office work Experience working cross-culturally and across multiple time-zones
