Key Skills/Competencies:
Overall 5-7 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in C++ & Linux
Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills
Experience & firm knowledge in software design concepts and design patterns

Personal Characteristics
Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work with minimal supervision
Smart, creative, team-oriented and collaborative, with strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence without direct authority
