System Administrator

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's technological resources are aligned with its business objectives and that all systems are running efficiently and securely. Additionally, you will manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure in alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design, deploy, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
3. Security Management: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance and reliability of the IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted operation.
5. Capacity Planning: Forecast future infrastructure needs based on business growth and technological advancements, and plan for capacity expansion accordingly.
6. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring quality of service and adherence to service level agreements.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
9. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure can quickly recover from unforeseen events and minimize downtime.
10. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of the IT infrastructure configuration, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions.
3. Strong technical expertise in networking, server administration, virtualization, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
4. Experience with IT infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, and AWS.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus.
