Node Js Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Actively participate in coding and development tasks, taking ownership of critical components or features using React JS and Node JS.
• Code Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within applications, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
• Support Junior Resources: Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and sharing best practices.
• Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration. Provide mentorship to junior developers, offering guidance and support in solving technical challenges.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and share knowledge across the team.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Agile Methodologies: Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprints and ensuring that deadlines are met. Break down tasks and manage progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Bug Tracking & Resolution: Implement and maintain processes for identifying, tracking, and resolving bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing within the team, encouraging continuous improvement through learning and adopting new technologies and best practices.
