Executive Assistant To Director

Overview: Responsible for being a trusted partner, managing the Technical Director's calendar, communications, and projects while anticipating their needs and proactively providing solutions

Scope of Work:

1. Schedule and manage the Technical Director's calendar, prioritizing appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines
2. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources or handling them yourself
3. Assist the Technical Director with customer service initiatives, project management, and research tasks
4. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
5. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Technical Director, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
6. Maintain awareness of customer service trends and issues, providing briefings and updates to the Technical Director
7. Develop a working knowledge of the company's products and services relevant to customer service
8. Ensure the smooth operation of the Technical Director's office by handling administrative tasks like ordering supplies, managing budgets, and maintaining office systems
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications and interactions
10. Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Technical Director
