Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting our B2B chemical sales team

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries through various channels, including online databases, industry publications, networking events, and social media.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively seek new lead generation opportunities and contribute to improving lead generation strategies.
• Lead Qualification and Outreach:
• Contact potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.
• Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Effectively pass on qualified leads to core sales team.
• Sales Support:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Assist with processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in CRM or other designated systems.
• Generate reports on sales performance, lead generation, and other key metrics.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
