Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all staff members, and attend to visitors to ensure excellent customer reception.
• Effectively communicate with employees, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and packages.
• Manage housekeeping staff and ensure clean, meticulous and organized facilities.
• Carry out any jobs related to administration, reception and sales coordination as assigned by the reporting managers
• Prepare PPTs, quotations, purchase orders and other documentation of inkjet division.
• Coordinate with customers for quotations, POs, payment follow ups and other tasks of inkjet division

Qualifications Competencies

• Minimum Qualifications: Graduate preferably with a Business degree
• Minimum experience required: 3 - 5 Years
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Effective communicator and good English writing capability
