Overview: Responsible for achieving revenue objectives in the assigned area/s

Scope of Work:

1. Executing area/s sales plan & quota in alignment with regional plans
2. Managing performance of sales representatives
3. Actively observing & reporting area market trends to enable quick decision making
4. Working as per product mix targets based on revenues, volumes & margins
5. Working as per customer mix targets based on type of stakeholder, revenue contribution proportions & dependency factors
6. Achieving revenue targets for optimal YoY growth
7. Ensuring timely payments in customer portfolio
8. Assisting with client acquisition and client retention action plans to maximize customer lifetime value
9. Assisting in the delivery of technical services of products across client portfolio
10. Participating in training programs for area team based on skill gap analysis
11. Periodic sales reporting & presentations with zonal manager
12. Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with zonal manager
