Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
o Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to target buying houses, apparel
manufacturing units, export houses, and fashion/lifestyle brands for assigned
territory.
o Identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term
clients for assigned territory.
o Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos, showcasing our tech-
driven solutions to meet client needs.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and business
profitability.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offering
ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer
service and addressing queries or issues in a timely manner.
o Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and
referrals.
o Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to enhance their business
operations, focusing on both technology and apparel manufacturing needs.
o Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth product
implementation.

3. Product Demonstrations Presentations:
o Conduct live and virtual product demos to demonstrate the value of our fashion
tech devices and solutions both hardware and software.
o Customize product demonstrations to address the unique needs of each client,
including buying houses, apparel manufacturers, and fashion brands.
o Showcase how our technology can optimize product quality, design, manufacturing,
and supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency.

4. Operations Management:
o Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and client
satisfaction.
o Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure
smooth operations and the effective execution of client orders.
o Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure products and spares are
available to meet client needs.
o Address operational challenges that may arise, such as shipment delays or quality
concerns, ensuring quick resolutions.
5. Market and Competitive Analysis:
o Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor
activities to uncover new sales opportunities.
o Stay informed about the latest developments in fashion tech and the apparel sector,
ensuring that sales strategies remain competitive and relevant.
o Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management, highlighting
progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

6. Sales Targets and Reporting:
o Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction.
o Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, including key metrics
such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and market feedback.
o Continuously monitor and optimize sales strategies based on performance data and
customer insights.
7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, Market development partners (MDP),
including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure
alignment on business objectives and customer needs.
o Mentor junior sales staff (if applicable) and MDP appointed supervisors, fostering a
team-oriented environment and supporting professional growth.
