Key Accountabilities / Job Description:

• Develop and Implement RPA Solutions: Create, improve, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Design and Test Workflows: Develop and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA Components: Deploy bots and related tools.
• Analyze Automation Feasibility: Work with business and technology teams to assess automation feasibility.
• Code Development and Quality Assurance: Develop code and perform unit testing.
• Collaboration and Change Management: Collaborate in a team and support change management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present designs to stakeholders.
• Follow Best Practices: Adhere to established RPA development standards.
• Documentation: SDD, Test Cases , Deployment Checklist, User manual 

Specific knowledge required / position related experience

• Agile Approach to implement RPA
• Developed 15+ Bots
• Hands on experience on RPA and OCR (Basic Knowledge) development, deployment & hyper care
• Basic knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, including license management.
• Excel Macro using VBA development & maintenance experience preferred

Skills & Expertise

• UiPath REFramework and Tools: Basic knowledge of UiPath REFramework and UiPath Studio/Orchestrator.
• Business Process Understanding: Experience with tools like UiPath Task Capture, Visio, UML.
• Programming Proficiency: Basic proficiency in .NET, C#, and Microsoft Technologies.
• Automation Experience: Exposure to various automation types (Web, Desktop, Citrix, etc.).
• UiPath Platform Expertise: Basic understanding of Document Understanding & AI Center.
• ML and AI Integration: Basic knowledge of integrating ML and AI with RPA.
• Excel and Macro Skills: Experience in Excel and Macro development.
• API Development: Basic experience with APIs.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development.
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Critical Thinking and Customer Focus: Critical thinking and focus on user needs.
