Role: C# Selenium Automation Developer

Location: Bangalore/ Pune (2 days office, 3days WFH)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert with a diverse skill set to join our team and lead the automation efforts across our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a programming language C# along with experience in test automation, Selenium, UI Automation Framework, UiPath, and database management systems such as SQL. Furthermore, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Visual Studio, and Azure, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your programming knowledge in C# to design, develop, and implement automation solutions and automated testing.
• Leverage your experience in automation using UI Automation Framework and UiPath to create and maintain automation frameworks that streamline and automate business processes.
• Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, including end-to-end RPA development and the creation of Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Leverage your experience with test automation and Selenium to ensure efficient and effective testing of software applications.
• Apply your MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Visual Studio, and Azure, to support automation processes and data management.
• Utilize your experience with databases, e.g., SQL, to ensure seamless data integration and management for automated testing and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on automation best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Good programming knowledge in C#
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Visual Studio, and Azure.
• Experience with test automation, Selenium.
• Experience with UI Automation Framework, UiPath, and database management systems such as SQL.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
