RPA Support Engineer

Key Accountabilities / Job Description:

• Assist Monitoring team on queries related to Production Orchestrator Jobs, BOTs, Schedules and capacity
• Support Incident Management by identifying root cause of BOT / Job failure
• Raising tickets for level 2 support 
• RPA Tool and Infrastructure Upgrades
• Prepare all RPA artifacts related to Support/Command Centre
• Participate in RPA Support related governance calls
• Participate in troubleshoot calls for BOT Production issues along with various technical team until closure
• Preparing reports of SLAs, KPIs & KRIs and other key matrices

Specific knowledge required / position related experience

• ITIL knowledge-Incident, Problem and Change management.
• Hands on experience on RPA deployment, Support or RPA Service Management
• Background on infrastructure management (related to windows servers) will help
• Excel Macro using VBA development & maintenance experience preferred

Skills & Expertise

• Overall 3-5 years experience into IT/ITES industry
• Technical skills and experience with ITIL
• Knowledge of version management tool (likes of TFS and SVN) an added advantage
• Experience on application and infrastructure monitoring tools and watches
• Hands on experience working on RPA Development & Support in UiPath (mandatory), Blueprism/ Automation anywhere (good to have)
• Rollout and Deployment of processes in Production Environment
• Process management, Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Prior work experience in Command Centre set-up is a plus
