Aventra - SAP GROW Consultant - Implementation & Support (3-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an SAP Grow Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP modules, business process optimization, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP solutions to align with business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices.

- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.

- Provide end-user training and support for SAP applications.

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems.

- Ensure SAP solutions comply with company policies and industry standards.

- Document processes, system configurations, and issue resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- Experience in SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, or S/4HANA.

- Strong understanding of SAP configurations and business processes.

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system issues and provide solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

- SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have :

- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or SAP Cloud solutions.

- Knowledge of ABAP programming or SAP integration tools.

- Previous experience in SAP implementation projects.
