Aventra - Technical Lead - C++/C# (4-11 yrs)

Role Description :

As a Senior C++ Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-performance applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Programming Expertise :

- Utilize your extensive experience in C++, C#, and Fortran to develop robust and efficient NEW software solutions.

- Apply your strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming to create reliable applications.

Collaboration and Mentorship :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet specific needs.

- Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in best practices.

Quality Delivery :

- Leverage your proven track record to design, implement, and deliver complex software systems.

- Demonstrate excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Effective Communication :

Qualifications :

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering Degree or Mathematics preferred

- 10+ years of experience in software development.

- Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.

- Experience in Other programming languages like Fortran, Python etc will be added advantage
