Senior SAP REFX Consultant - Implementation & Support (10-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP REFX Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate management processes and a proven track record of successful SAP REFX implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their specific needs and requirements related to real estate management.

- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information on current processes, pain points, and future goals.

- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Solution Design and Configuration :

- Design and implement SAP REFX solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Configure the SAP REFX module to support various real estate functions, including lease management, property management, and contract management.

- Customize the system to meet specific business needs, leveraging configuration options and custom developments as required.

Data Migration and Integration :

- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP REFX.

- Integrate SAP REFX with other SAP modules (e., FI, CO, MM) and third-party systems to enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and data integrity.

- Identify and resolve defects and issues to ensure a high-quality solution.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users to gain their buy-in and address any concerns.

Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support :

- Oversee the go-live process, including system cutover and user training.

- Provide post-implementation support, resolving issues and addressing user queries.

- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and improvement.

Technical Skills :

Core SAP REFX Skills :

- Deep understanding of SAP REFX module functionality, including lease management, property management, contract management, and financial accounting.

- Strong configuration skills in SAP REFX, including master data setup, workflow configuration, and report generation.

- Experience with SAP REFX integration with other SAP modules (e., FI, CO, MM).

Technical Skills :

- Strong ABAP skills for custom development and enhancements.

- Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA.

- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for user interface development.

- Understanding of data migration tools and techniques.

Industry Knowledge :

- In-depth knowledge of real estate industry processes and challenges.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e. , IFRS 16).
