Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the SAP MM Consultant specializing in Procurement, particularly Media Procurement, to design, configure, and implement SAP solutions.

- Lead and support the design and configuration of procurement processes, including the procurement cycle, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and goods receipts.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Media Procurement processes and configurations, ensuring the solution meets business needs and integrates with other SAP modules.

- Work on SAP S/4HANA system conversion projects, ensuring smooth migration and integration to the new system.

- Drive end-to-end implementation and system conversion projects for SAP S/4HANA, focusing on procurement processes and configuration.

- Lead and support business process re-engineering initiatives to improve procurement efficiencies, streamline operations, and optimize system configurations in SAP S/4HANA.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements and processes, ensuring the SAP solution aligns with business goals.

- Continuously design and improve business processes, focusing on process optimization and the implementation of best practices for SAP MM and procurement processes.

- Implement and improve business process controls to enhance the procurement system's accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

- Communicate project goals, objectives, deliverables, and status updates to senior executives and stakeholders.

- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope, while managing risks and mitigating any project challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business) to ensure successful project delivery.

- Apply ASAP and Activate methodologies for SAP implementation projects to ensure systematic and structured project delivery.

- Leverage industry best practices to design solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the business requirements.
