Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing professional to drive B2B lead generation, execute strategic marketing campaigns, and expand our business reach. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Organize webinars, trade shows, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize lead conversion.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve business growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & marketing.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving business targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
