Job Description:

We are a leading manufacturer of recycling machines for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), battery recycling, solar panel recycling, and copper recycling. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions. You will be responsible for promoting our specialized recycling machines, understanding the technical requirements of our products, and effectively communicating these to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop strategies to increase market share in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new prospects. Provide technical and after-sales support.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote our range of recycling machines, including waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling, battery recycling, solar panel recycling, and copper recycling systems.
  • Market Research: Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the recycling industry to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Technical Support: Provide detailed product demonstrations, conduct presentations, and offer tailored solutions to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare quotes, and ensure successful closure of sales deals.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
  • Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions in the designated regions.
  • Travel: Regular travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Industry Knowledge:

    • Experience in the recycling industry (waste electrical/electronic recycling, battery recycling, solar panel recycling, or similar industries) is a prime advantage.
    • Good understanding of the technical aspects of recycling machines and products, especially those related to electrical and electronic waste management.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluency in Telugu (for AP/TA) & Kannada ( for KA) (both written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex product features in a simple and engaging manner.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-focused mindset.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and projects efficiently.
    • Willingness to travel regularly within the regions to meet clients and prospects.
