Marketing Manager ( Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our real estate company. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and direct marketing.
• Create compelling content for brochures, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
• Brand Management:
  
• Enhance and maintain the companys brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
• Oversee the design and production of promotional materials, including signage, flyers, and advertisements.
• Lead Generation:
  
• Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase customer engagement.
• Implement and optimize online lead generation tactics such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Public Relations:
  
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
• Handle public relations activities and manage crisis communication if necessary.

Qualifications:
